Banana porridge with a chocolate core

Bananenporridge mit Schokokern

We'll tell you our tastiest Kraftling self-care recipes, packed with nutrients that are good for your body.

You need:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 80 grams of rolled oats
  • 40 ml oat milk
  • 2 pieces dark chocolate (70%)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (e.g. hazelnut butter)


2 servings I 20 minutes I Vegan

  1. Let the banana, oat flakes and oat milk simmer on a medium heat for 15 minutes
  2. Divide the porridge between 2 bowls & press the chocolate pieces into the warm porridge
  3. Choice of toppings: pieces of banana & nut butter
