Banana porridge with a chocolate core

You need:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 80 grams of rolled oats
- 40 ml oat milk
- 2 pieces dark chocolate (70%)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (e.g. hazelnut butter)
preparation
2 servings I 20 minutes I Vegan
- Let the banana, oat flakes and oat milk simmer on a medium heat for 15 minutes
- Divide the porridge between 2 bowls & press the chocolate pieces into the warm porridge
- Choice of toppings: pieces of banana & nut butter
