Our shots & juices have a shelf life of more than 4 weeks , which means that a monthly supply is always possible. Thanks to our particularly nutrient-friendly preservation process without heat, our Kraftlings are as fresh as they are homemade, have a comparatively long shelf life and retain their nutrients and enzymes compared to pasteurized juices.

Many like to drink ginger shots in the morning or before exercise, after a hearty meal or as a booster in between. How many shots you want to drink depends on your individual needs and feelings; there is no upper limit. We recommend ½ to 1 shot a day . It's best to test yourself slowly and dilute the shot, for example with a little water or juice, until you get used to the spiciness.

According to Kraftling, shots are small, highly concentrated juices made from natural and specially selected ingredients such as ginger, curcuma and guarana. Practical for on the go or when you're hungry in between, our Kraftlings fit in any trouser pocket and are the perfect kickstart to your day.

MANUFACTURE

There are also big differences in the production of fruit and vegetable juices. To ensure that all valuable nutrients and enzymes are preserved Manufacturing crucial. For our Kraftling Shots, we only buy unprocessed, raw ingredients , which we then process gently. To ensure our fresh ingredients still have their full nutritional value, all raw ingredients are gently chopped into small pieces, in so-called "cold press" process, constantly pressed below 2-7°C and finally preserved in a water bath with the HPP process under approx. 6000 bar pressure - In contrast to conventional pasteurized juices and smoothies, all without the use of heat.
