SENDING REFRIGERATED PRODUCTS BY POST?
Yes, it works! But it was a long process to get here. We ship our products in an insulated box with powerful cooling pads – so our powerhouses arrive chilled even after several days.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Your package will usually arrive within 2-4 working days .
To ensure the cold chain is maintained during shipping and that your package is delivered before the weekend, we ship within Germany from Monday to Friday. Packages to Austria are shipped from Monday to Thursday .
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link from us via email. If you are not at home, you can use your tracking link to redirect the package to a shop or a neighbor. In this case, we ask that you pick up your package as soon as possible.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Standard shipping within Germany: 6.95 euros
- Standard shipping to Austria: 9.95 euros
- Free shipping on orders over €70

We ship with our shipping partner DHL.

We currently deliver to Germany and Austria. No matter how far off the beaten track you live: Kraftling will come to you.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?
Since these are fresh food items, unfortunately, they cannot be returned. Exchanges and returns are not possible . Therefore, we also offer our sample packs so you can decide beforehand if you like our products.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
You have the option to pay with us via Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, instant bank transfer, invoice with Klarna and instant bank transfer with Klarna.
Please note that for subscription orders, you can use Paypal, credit card, Google Pay and Shop Pay as payment options.
WHAT ELSE NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
Fresh products need to be refrigerated, and that includes our energy drinks. We ship our products chilled right to your doorstep. Therefore, we ask that you ensure someone is available to accept the delivery or pick up your package promptly.
